Privacy Policy

Oluri AI LLC · Nashville, Tennessee · Last updated June 18, 2026

Oluri AI LLC ("Oluri," "we," "us") provides private, on-premise AI automation and operations software to businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we access on behalf of our business clients, how we process and protect it, and the choices available. Our core commitment is simple: your data stays on hardware we own and operate, is never sold, and is never sent to third-party AI providers.

1. Who this policy covers

Oluri provides its software to business customers (each a "Client"). When we process data drawn from a Client's connected systems — including their QuickBooks Online account, email, and operational records — the Client is the owner and controller of that data, and Oluri acts as a data processor operating on the Client's instructions and for the Client's benefit. This policy describes those practices. A Client's own privacy obligations to its customers and employees remain the Client's responsibility.

2. Information we access and process

With a Client's authorization, Oluri may access and process:

We access only the data categories needed to provide the contracted functionality, and only the scopes the Client authorizes.

3. How we use the information

We process Client data solely to provide and improve the contracted service for that Client — for example, to power the operations dashboard, generate cost and margin insights, answer questions about the Client's own data, draft quotes and documents for the Client's review, and surface tasks. We do not use one Client's data to benefit another Client, and we do not sell, rent, or share Client data for advertising or any third party's independent use.

4. Where your data is processed and stored

This is the foundation of how Oluri is built:

5. QuickBooks Online / Intuit data

6. Disclosure and sub-processors

We do not sell Client data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Because the service runs on our own infrastructure and on-premise AI models, we do not route Client data through third-party AI sub-processors. We may disclose data only: (a) to the Client and its authorized users; (b) where required by law or valid legal process; or (c) to protect the rights, safety, or security of the Client, Oluri, or others. If we ever engage a sub-processor that would handle Client data, we will update this policy and our agreements accordingly.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit, restricted-permission storage of credentials and tokens, access controls, and operation on hardware we control. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but keeping data on our own infrastructure and off public-cloud AI services is central to our security model.

8. Data retention and deletion

We retain Client data for as long as needed to provide the service or as instructed by the Client. On termination, or on a Client's written request, we will delete or return the Client's data within a commercially reasonable period, except where retention is required by law. Disconnecting QuickBooks removes our ongoing access to that account.

9. Client rights and choices

A Client controls what is connected and may disconnect any data source (including QuickBooks) at any time, request a copy of its data, or request deletion. Requests can be made to the contact below.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves or as required by law. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notifying Clients directly.
