About

One person built this, on purpose.

Oluri AI LLC is a bootstrapped software company in Franklin, Tennessee. No outside investors. Foreman is its product, and it exists because a real dealer's whole business was living in one person's head and an email inbox.

  • Bootstrapped. No outside investors
  • Franklin, TN. Servers in Nashville
  • Built alongside a working dealer
The founder

Tyler.

Tyler is the founder, and he is the whole engineering team. He built every layer of Foreman himself: the AI, the backend, the database, the infrastructure, and the hardware setup it runs on. When you ask him a question about how something works, you are asking the person who wrote it.

For this trade that is worth something. Dealers have been sold plenty of software by people who have never seen an RFQ. Foreman was built next to a real desk, against real purchase orders, by the person who then had to make it work the next morning.

Why it is built this way

The inconvenient choice was the point.

The easy version of this company sends every customer's data to OpenAI or Google, pays by the token, and ships faster. Tyler runs the AI on his own hardware, in a building he can drive to, specifically so that a customer's financial records never sit on someone else's servers.

That is expensive. It is slower. It means owning the machines, the encryption and the uptime instead of renting all three. He made that choice deliberately, and it is not a marketing position; it is the reason the company is shaped the way it is.

A dealer's cost, customer list and pricing are the business. Handing them to an AI vendor to save a few dollars a month is a bad trade.

Company

Oluri AI LLC

  • Founded and run by one person. Solo founder, solo engineer.
  • Bootstrapped. No outside investors, no board, no pressure to change the privacy model later.
  • Franklin, Tennessee. The servers that run the AI are in Nashville.
  • Foreman is the product. Oluri is the company that makes it.

Why he builds

Faith and family.

Tyler is direct about this, so the site is too. Faith and family are why he builds. They are the reason he is willing to do the hard version of a thing rather than the fast one, and the reason a promise on this website is meant to still be true in five years. That is the whole of it, and it does not need a sermon attached.

Founding customer

Mulligan Tech.

Mulligan Tech LLC is a network hardware dealer and Foreman's founding customer. They run their entire desk on it, every working day. Steve handles sourcing and buying. Mike runs the desk: quoting, purchase orders, shipping. Foreman was built alongside their actual business rather than in a lab, which is why it is organized around fillability and PO numbers and serial capture instead of around a generic sales funnel.
