Automatic quoting

Automatic quoting for parts and equipment dealers

Oluri reads every request for quote that comes into your inbox, checks your stock and builds the quote with your pricing. Quotes on in-stock parts go out on their own, within the limits you set. Dealers using it save about 25 minutes of manual work on each order.

How each line is priced

If you have set an ask price for that part and condition, that is the price. If not, Oluri uses the price you last gave the same customer, then what the part has sold for in your accounting system. BrokerBin and eBay prices appear beside the quote for reference but never set the number. When a part has no ask price and no sales history, the quote is left for a person.

Rules for sending on its own

Automatic sending stays off until you turn it on. You decide which inboxes it answers and when, the largest quote it may send unreviewed, and whether it quotes new customers or parts you would have to source. A computed price below your margin floor is held for review. Every automatic quote is logged with the price, cost and history behind it.

Quotes your team sends

Replies are drafted in your own format, with the greeting and signature Oluri learns from mail you've already sent. The back-and-forth stays in one thread with the numbers beside it. Oluri tracks which quotes became orders, by salesperson, part and customer. When someone is out, a teammate covers their quotes.

$249 a month for the desk and $199 per quoting seat. Automatic quoting is included, with a 30-day money-back guarantee from go-live.
