Questions dealers ask
Updated October 2026
What is Oluri?
Oluri is an AI operating system for parts and equipment dealers. It plugs into the systems you already use (your email, your accounting and eBay), so nothing about how you run your shop has to change. It reads every incoming request, checks your stock and builds the quote with your pricing, sending it on its own when the part is on the shelf. Then it tracks the deal through sourcing, inventory and serial numbers to the invoice and shipping label, with your real margin on every line, from your desk or your phone.
What does Oluri do on its own?
- Finds and reads requests for quote and purchase orders in your inbox.
- Prices and sends quotes on parts you have in stock, within your limits.
- Builds invoices and labels from purchase orders, ready for one click.
- Keeps eBay quantities matched to your stock, and rebuilds your BrokerBin file when stock changes.
- Watches eBay and BrokerBin for the parts you need.
How does Oluri price a quote?
Your ask price first. Then the last price you gave that customer, then your sold history. Market prices are for reference only. With no ask price and no history, the request goes to a person.
Can Oluri send quotes automatically?
Yes, once you turn it on, and only for the inboxes, hours, customers and dollar limits you set.
Which systems does it connect to?
QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Xero, Odoo, Zoho or spreadsheets. Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace and Gmail. eBay and BrokerBin. UPS and FedEx. Plaid.
Do we have to change how we work?
No. Quotes go out from your mailbox, invoices from your accounting system and labels from your carrier accounts.
Who on my team sees what?
Every person has a role. You decide whether they see costs, the bank and the books, whether they see everyone's quotes or only their own, and whether their emails need approval.
Where is our data processed?
On servers Oluri owns in Nashville, Tennessee. It is not sent to outside AI providers or used to train models for anyone else.
How much does it cost?
$249 a month for the desk. $199 per person who quotes, sources or buys ($169 from the sixth seat, $139 from the thirteenth), and $99 per bookkeeper. Warehouse, receiving and view-only users are free.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, with your money back if Oluri doesn't save your team time in the first 30 days after go-live.
How does setup work?
Someone from Oluri sets it up with you. Oluri reads your existing email and accounting history first, so it starts with your real customers, parts and prices.
Is there a phone or desktop app?
Oluri runs in the browser on desktop and phone, and there is a desktop app.
