Orders and shipping
Your purchase orders, invoiced and shipped
Oluri finds every purchase order that lands in your inbox, reads it, and builds the invoice and the shipping label for you. One click puts the invoice in your accounting system and buys the label. One more sends the buyer the tracking number and packing photos.

- The PO. Customer, part numbers, quantities, prices and ship date are read off the PDF and attached to the deal. Nobody types them in.
- The invoice. Built from the PO with your serial numbers on it. One click creates it in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, Odoo or Zoho, and your accounting system sends it to the customer.
- The label. Ship-to, package and rates are filled in from the order. One click buys it on your UPS or FedEx account, or at eBay's discounted rates for eBay orders.
- Photos. Packing photos taken on your phone are stored with the order and its serials.
- Tracking. Once the label is created, one click sends the buyer a reply on their PO thread, from your mailbox, with the tracking link and up to three packing photos.
- Margin. Price, cost and freight on every line, so the margin you see is the margin you made.
